“Our air conditioning failed during a week of 90+ degree days. We have a geothermal system and wished to go back with another geothermal unit. Hoveln returned our call requesting a bid on a replacement unit within several hours and came out that day to review the system and provide a bid. Brant Hoveln provided the bid and was very professional and courteous as he worked with us to explain the unit and the options we had available. The bid was very close to another bid we received however the efficiency of the Water Furnace unit Hoveln proposed was much better than what was quoted in the other bid. We selected the Hoveln Water Furnace bid for a 7 Series unit. The install team arrived at 8:00 am on the date they promised and had the old unit out and the new unit in and running by 4:00 pm. The Water Furnace unit runs very quietly and had our house back comfortable with low humidity and temperature within a couple of hours. The house had been without air conditioning for two weeks. We would highly recommend Hoveln and the Water Furnace unit. Hoveln is very well educated on the Water Furnace unit and easily answered all the questions we had.”
