“We actually had the boiler replaced and installation of an outside air heat pump/cooling system installed.
The crew was awesome! Very polite and friendly. We always were informed of what was accomplished that day and what would be worked on the following day. They cleaned up at the end of each day so well there was never a mess!! All questions were answered and we were told if any other questions arose, to not hesitate to call.
The office called each day to let us know that the crew was on their way.
We have 3 dogs and they were friendly and tolerant with them as well.
And on the final day they gave us a Thank You gift! Never had that happen before!!
