“As Hoveln customers since 2003, we’ve been very happy with their service and communication. The technicians always call with an ETA, and the company calls to schedule the yearly service (one less thing to remember!). When we’ve had to call for service (only twice all these years) they have gotten us on the books quickly.
Hoveln recently replaced our whole system, and we had no complaints from sales through installation. The install team that came was respectful of the property, used shoe covers/floor cloths along the whole path, and cleaned up when they were done. They also called a few days later to see if there were any issues!”
